Returns and refunds
Return conditions.
In accordance with Article 13(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be foreseen.

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, except for manufacturing or printing defects:

– Underwear, such as briefs, panties, bras, swimsuits, and/or bikinis.

To return this type of product, a return form must be submitted, attaching graphic evidence of any defects the garment may have.
After verifying any possible defects, TORO THE PILOT will issue a return number, if applicable, and the customer will be notified by email of the return approval. -

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, in perfect condition and protected. Avoid placing stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging. Otherwise, TORO THE PILOT reserves the right to reject the return.

Once you've completed and submitted the return form, you'll receive instructions by email on how to return it to our facilities. You must return the goods without delay, within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to exercise this right.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and find the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. However, you can calculate the return shipping costs here:

Once we have received the merchandise and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. We will refund your payment within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. -
Returning products with a gift or promotion. A full return (item + gift) is required for a refund.
